Principal / Owner
Rita N. Jefferson is an executive leader and tribal economic-development professional with more than 15 years of combined experience across tribal government, gaming and hospitality, finance, tribal enterprises, nonprofit organizations, business operations, and Native CDFI development.
Rita brings together executive leadership, financial knowledge, operational experience, strategic planning, program development, and a deep commitment to Indigenous entrepreneurship and community wealth building.
Through BlueWater Transformations, Rita works with tribal leaders, boards, organizational staff, entrepreneurs, educators, and community partners to develop practical solutions that strengthen Native institutions and expand economic opportunity.
