Organizational Readiness Areas

Governance and Leadership - Review of strategic alignment, application authority, award acceptance, leadership oversight, conflict management, and understanding of long-term obligations.

 

Strategic and Community Alignment - Review of whether proposed projects are grounded in tribal priorities, community needs, existing plans, and community-defined outcomes.
